Learning participation for a human development approach (PLA Notes 48)
Set within the Chipas State in Southern Mexico, where the Zapatistas movement has been campaigning for social change for the last decade, this article looks at the experiences of a university -community collaboration, in a region with high political awareness, but little state assistance or investment.
Participatory Learning and Action is the world’s leading informal journal on participatory approaches. Guest editors provide up-to-the minute accounts of participatory approaches in specific fields.
