Introduction Dr Neil Adger, Tyndall Centre and CSERGE, University of East Anglia The Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research is a national consortium for rtans- disciplinary climate change research, dedicated to the identification, evaluation and promotion of sustainable responses to the challenge of climate change. The Centre's headquarters are at the University of East Anglia's School of Environmental Sciences, with regional offices at UMIST, the University of Southampton and Southampton Oceanography Centre. Six other UK universities and research institutes complete the Tyndall Consortium.
