Event/workshop report, 35 pages

In November 2019, a learning exchange took place in Nairobi, Kenya, to enable key stakeholders from Eastern and Southern Africa to share lessons and insights and develop policy messages and recommendations to guide future work on community-based approaches to combat illegal wildlife trade.
The event was organised by the IUCN Eastern and Southern Africa Regional Office (ESARO), IUCN Sustainable Use and Livelihoods Specialist Group (SULi) and IIED. This workshop report summaries the proceedings.
