Enhancing publication impact monitoring at IIED

In early 2010, the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) commissioned a study to assess and devise methods and tools for improving how the institute monitors and evaluates the impact of its work within international development, research and educational communities. In particular, the project focused on ways to monitor the impact of IIED publications within UK-based universities and, more broadly, on the Internet. This report presents the findings and recommendations of that study.
