Modified EIA and Indicators of Sustainabiliy: First steps towards sustainability analysis

Argues that the achievement of sustainable development requires the development of appropriate 'tools' to aid project, programme and policy development and implementation. Such a framework could usefully be called sustainability analysis, comprising existing and modifed methodologies and new indicators of sustainability.
