IIED partners with national and local governments, non government organisations and community groups to shape policy, plans and ways to finance the combined ambitions of the 2015 Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We work with the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) to influence global climate governance and decision making. We join partners at local, national and international levels to amplify the voices of poor people in climate change planning and debate. Together, we are expanding knowledge, building trust and strengthening capabilities for long-term innovation and investment in climate action that is just and fair.
