LandCam - Securing land and resource rights and improving governance in Cameroon

Large land areas in Cameroon are under agribusiness and logging concessions. While private sector investments hold out promise for green growth and poverty reduction, the country faces key governance challenges, including a legal system in flux and weak regulation of rural land markets. In 2008, the government launched a process to update land, forest, mining and environment laws. These reforms will have far-reaching implications for natural resource governance across the country. This project aims to help all stakeholders, including civil society platforms, engage effectively and collaboratively in the reform process.

This flyer outlines our project activities and objectives, and lists the involved partners.
