Eléments de comparaison dans une perspective de réforme de la législation minière malienne.

Legal tools partner GERSDA has supported the revision of the Mining Code in Mali by developing a document that compares Mali’s existing Mining Code and the ECOWAS Directive. The document identifies the issues that need to be addressed by the new code. In July 2011, GERSDA presented this work before the Malian parliament – namely the parliamentary commission responsible for reviewing the draft code.
