It is derived from the work of the CSR practice of the World Bank Group’s Investment Climate Department. The report draws from a series of reports on crosscutting CSR issues that are relevant in defining the role of public sector agencies, as well as outputs from country-level technical assistance work in Angola, El Salvador, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
